14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your agent configuration package isn't what you expected, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it promptly.

How It Works

Our guarantee is simple:

You don't need to give a reason. "It wasn't right for me" is perfectly fine.

What Counts as the 14-Day Period

The 14-day window starts on the date of your Stripe payment, regardless of when you complete the setup form, generate your package, or download it. If your Stripe receipt is dated February 1, your guarantee expires at 23:59 UTC on February 15.

Payment Plan Purchases

If you purchased using a payment plan (installments), the 14-day guarantee still applies from the date of your first payment. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will refund all payments made to date and cancel any remaining installments.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, all sales are final. The digital product has been fully delivered and your configuration package is yours to keep and use indefinitely.

We may still consider credits or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances — see below.

A note on chargebacks: Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We process refunds quickly and are happy to help. Filing a chargeback after receiving a refund, or outside of legitimate dispute circumstances, may result in termination of support access and being unable to make future purchases.
